Invoices for monthly bookkeeping services will be billed on the first of each month. Payment is expected on the 15th of that same month. When an account is overdue, all work on that account will cease. When an account becomes 60 days overdue, the account will be closed. Of course, if there are extenuating circumstances, we can certainly discuss our options. Never hesitate to reach out and share.
We offer several payment options including debit card, credit card, check, and bank transfer, and if arrangements are made in advance, we can set up a cash app account.
Your financial information belongs to you. I will never hold your account hostage!
In order to cancel service, please be kind and offer a 2-week notice. That will give me the time I need to close your account and finalize billing.
